Saigon's real food heart. Nguyen Thien Thuat street is packed end-to-end with vendors. Bánh Xèo 46A has served crispy pancakes for decades. Every alley hides a 40-year-old stall that has never needed a sign. Locals eat here.
District 4 Riverside
Vinh Khanh Street is the reason to come: seafood, snails in every form, lau mam hotpot, plastic chairs at pavement level. Cheapest central district. Xom Chieu Market at 6 AM for the real wet market breakfast. Blue-collar Saigon.
District 5 Chinatown
Cholon, one of the world's largest Chinatowns. Hủ tiếu sa tê (satay noodle soup) originated here. Dim sum at dawn in Binh Tay Market, bánh pía from century-old Teochew bakeries, Thien Hau Temple (1760) between meals. A different food city.

Rain is part of the Saigon experience! We provide rain ponchos and the tour runs rain or shine. In case of heavy storms, we'll wait it out at a food stall with extra snacks.
